Problem
Setup shareable edit and add new user to module. The new user does not have access to lower lever of section.
Symptom
Setup shareable edit and add new user to module. New user does not have access to lower lever of section. For example, module setup for three level shareable edit. Then, the newly added user can only see section 1 and section 1.1, but not section 1.1.1.

Diagnosing The Problem
Open module and go to Tools -> Set up for Sharing. Select Level 3.
It says set up 5 sections for sharing.
Save the module, switch Edit mode to Shareable Edit.
Select 1.1.1, right mouse click, Lock
Save and exit module.
---Add another user to access list for this folder as RMCD. In this case I added Ben.
Reopen module, select Shareable Edit mode.
You can see that Ben is NOT in the access list for any of these sections AT THE LEVEL that's shared (level 3).
So, 1.1.1 does not have Ben in access list....
But 1.1 does have Ben in access list.
When re-set Sharing at Level 3
Ben is still not in the access list
Tried to set sharing for different level and re-set back to 3, Ben still not have access
Resolving The Problem
Upgrade one of the Rational DOORS clients to 9.6, there is a new feature in 9.6, that Shareable level can set to 0 and then reset to the needed level. Then, the newly added user sees the correct access.
