Error description
Exporting all dashboards to PDF is failing after upgrading to 12.0.1. The message, "Building PDF" display briefly, before disappearing and nothing happens. F12 trace shows 404 not found on the following get request via IIS web server. GET /analytics/bi/dashboard-print.html?cl=en-us&pl=en HTTP/1.1 The IIS script need to be rerun as the definition of the reverse proxy URL has changed from (^$)|(^v1(/.*)?)|(^[^/]+\.jsp)|(^login$) to the following (^$)|(^v1(/.*)?)|(^[^/]+\.jsp)|(^login$)|(^dashboard-print.html$ )
Local fix
Best practice when upgrading is to rerun the IIS script for the current version the environment has been upgraded too
