IJ47341: WHEN VIOS GOES DOWN, VSCSI DISK I/O MIGHT HANG APPLIES TO AIX 7200-05

  * 7.2.5.200    7.2.5.201    devices.vdevice.IBM.v-scsi.rte

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  * When a VIOS goes down, the corresponding vscsi adapter is
  * put into "lost server and waiting for init message". At
  * this state with VSCSI command timeout feature in
  * place, there is a possibility of i/o getting stuck in the
  * adapter pending queue eventually causing i/o hang.

  * RECOMMENDATION:
  * Update to AIX 7200-05-07-2346 or later.
