How do I create a noninteractive account in Planning Analytics as a Service?
Answer
A noninteractive account cannot be created in Planning Analytics as a Service.
Instead, you must invite an equivalent user from your company directory and grant that user the appropriate access. Once access has been granted, an API Key can be generated for that user to be used for authentication. See: https://cloud.ibm.com/docs/planning-analytics?topic=planning-analytics-api_connectivity
