Local fix

Problem summary

• When upgrading from versions that go from drupal 9 to drupal 10
  and you have the content author role deleted, the upgrade will
  fail due to upgrade code assuming the role should exists and not
  deleted.
  

Problem conclusion

• Added a check around the code to see if the role exists first
  before continuing. Fixed in 10.0.5.5 and 10.0.7.0
