Local fix

Problem summary


    

  • Importing translations was calling the APIC block refresh code
too often in the batches instead of once at the end to update
the translations in the blocks. This was making the translation
process incredibly long and would time out.

    



Problem conclusion


    

  • Moved the update code to only be called once at the end of the
translation import. Fixed in 10.0.5.5 and 10.0.7.0
