• Starting with version 10.1.0, the replication job in IBM
  Spectrum Protect Plus can stop with the following message seen
  in the joblog :
  
  ERROR,..,CTGGA0309,Copy failed for snapshot (ID: <ID>)
       from source [server: <SourcevSnapAddress>  volume:
  <SourceVolName>  snapshot: <SourceSnapshotName>]
         to target [server: <TargetvSnapAddress>  volume:
  <TargetVolName>].
       Error: IndexError: list index out of range
  
  Retrying the same job can complete successfully.

Problem conclusion

• Before IBM Spectrum Protect Plus 10.1.16, a bug in replication
  transfer status checking on the vSnap causes an IndexError to
  occur, which causes the replication to fail. This bug has been
  fixed, which results in the replication successfully completing.
