Summary

After you change entitlement field in the Users application in MAS Core Suite Administration, the update is not saved during synchronization. In internalapi pod log files, the message is shown:

Steps

The BMXAA2608E error in internalapi pod has an equivalent error in Manage pod.
Check the Manage pod log file (check the specific mea pod if it's applicable to your environment):

 mea [ERROR] [MXServer] [] BMXAA6695E - The MBO could not be batch validated for object PERSON. The error is SUPERVISOR. Ensure that the object exists in the maxobject table. Check the log files in the home directory to determine the cause and source of the error.

psdi.util.MXApplicationException: BMXAA2608E - is a subordinate of 90000250 and the reverse cannot also be true.

To fix this issue, you need to check the information in PERSON table, running the statement:

SELECT * FROM PERSON;

Update the Supervisor field in UI in order to adjust the hierarchy.
