Abstract

On 29 December 2023, IBM released IBM® Maximo® Asset Management 7.6.1.3 interim fix 015. As with all interim fixes, it is cumulative. In addition to the new fixes listed here, all fixes from earlier interim fix releases for this Feature Pack are included.

Tivoli's process automation engine 7.6.1.3 interim fix 015 is available at Fix Central.
Maximo Asset Management 7.6.1.3 interim fixes incorporate Maximo Integration Framework fixes, formerly released in a separate IBM Installation Manager package.

IJ49199 Inventory usage Auto Split is not working as expected for a Rotating Item of cost type Asset.

IJ33268 UpdateDB Utility The drop_app dbc script does not delete records from the CTRLGROUP and SIGOPTFLAG tables.
IJ49218 Assets Specification Attributes are doubled when an Asset is duplicated.
IJ49211 Condition Monitoring In the Condition Monitoring application, generating a Work Order results in error BMXAA2854E - "Work order NNNN has already been generated for measure point ABCD most recent measurement.". 
IJ48712 Install/Upgrade The shell script geninsertdbc.sh does not exist.
IJ49065 Scheduling Alternate Resources In Scheduling Alternate Resources, attempting to delete an unused resource results in error BMXAT1066E - "The default alternate availability cannot be removed.".
IJ49089 Scheduler The Scheduler application's "Roll Schedule" action is calculating the schedule incorrectly.
IJ48910 Purchase orders When the quantity in the PO/PR line is set to 0, the Unit cost and line cost are changed to 0. However, the tax value, loaded cost, and header cost values (pretaxtotal) are not updated.
IJ49062 Purchase orders In the Create (Desktop) Requisition application, when the line type is Standard Service, the Unit Cost is not brought over from the Purchase Contract.
IJ47115 Integration In cases where two people have the same display name, the ReportedByID populates incorrectly in the Service Request application.
IJ48640 Data Sheets The Date Sheet look-up in the "Attach Datasheets" dialog box displays a description, but the description field is blank selecting it.
IJ43773 Purchase orders The value of linecost2 is not calculated correctly in Receiving in an Organization that has base currency and base 2 currency and the Purchase Order with Distributed Cost enabled.
IJ48951 Invoices When a purchase order is created in one currency, and the corresponding invoice in another currency, and there are no Invoice Tolerances defined, the error message generated at invoice approval displays a wrong difference in cost.
IJ48905 Assets When you issue a Rotating Tool to a Work Order at a different Site, then return it to the originating storeroom but into a different bin, Maximo does not update the Asset bin correctly.
IJ48821 Graphical Assignment If the Schedule Start Date is modified on the Task of a Work Order, the date is not updated in the Graphical Assignment View, even when the Refresh Schedule option is selected.
IJ42553 System UI In Work Order Tracking, the wrong record displays saving or updating a Work Order that has a Task with an Attachment.
IJ48723 Assets A user cannot change an Asset status from Inactive to Decommissioned.
IJ48624 Work Order Tracking In the Work Order Tracking application, Charge to Store functionality is assigning cost to the wrong asset.
IJ48457 Work Order Tracking The Batch function for Inspection Form does not work with Work Order Tracking.
IJ48261 Work Order Tracking When a user exits Edit Mode with unsaved changes, the user is redirected to the List tab and the result list is cleared.
IJ48024 Crontask set up Emails sent by the PMWoGen Cron Task are in English when the Cron Task user does not have English set as their default language in their Profile.
IJ47932 Crew Types The "My Bookmarks" dialog in the Crew Types application is not working as expected.
IJ45327 System UI Forcing an error during the Add New Attachment operation with a .zip files results with the file uploaded, even if the operation is cancelled.
IJ47259 Crafts In the Crafts application, the Labor look-up on the Associated Labor tab lists Inactive records.
IJ43913 System UI It is difficult for Maximo users with red/green color blindness to tell that long description boxes have more information.
IJ45613 Location Changing a Location within the hierarchy to an Ancestor above it in the hierarchy and when that Ancestor is a Facility causes missing records in the LOCANACESTOR table.
IJ35144 Login After a user logs out of the Service Request Work Center when LDAP is enabled, a blank screen appears.
IJ45447 Integration In a Maximo 7.6.1.2 interim fix 022 environment, processing rules in Publish Channel fail with the error BMXAA7094E - "The entered value Y is not valid. Enter a valid integer value.".
IJ44914 Scheduler In Graphical Scheduling, "Select All Tree Grid" doesn't work as expected.

  • IBM Control Desk 7.6.1.3 and 7.6.1.4 use Tivoli's process automation engine 7.6.1.2.Apply interim fixes for Maximo Asset Management 7.6.1.2 to IBM Control Desk 7.6.1.3 and 7.6.1.4.
  • IBM Control Desk 7.6.1.5 uses Tivoli's process automation engine 7.6.1.3. This interim fix can be applied to IBM Control Desk 7.6.1.5.
