• DESCRIPTION:
  When the "Always Evaluate" checkbox is selected for the records
  in the Conditional Expression Manager, it has been observed that
  the extracted record, when downloaded, displays the value as 'N'
  in the downloaded sheet.
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  -Log into Maximo
  
  -Go to Conditional Expression Manager
  -Note a condition where 'Always Evaluate' checkbox is checked.
  -Download the conditions and check the 'Always Evaluate' column
  in xls for the condition which had 'Always Evaluate' checked.
  
  RESULT:
  'Always Evaluate' column in xls shows value as 'N'
  
  EXPECTED RESULT:
  'Always Evaluate' column in xls shows value as 'Y'

  Tivoli's process automation engine 7.6.1.2
