Problem
We have seen that the Declare command executed on Oracle always appears as successful in the reports, regardless of whether it succeeds or fails.
Resolving The Problem
This issue as been identified in APAR number: GA18497
It will be included in Q1 2024 Sniffer patch, ETA end of February 2024.
