PH58340: IMPROVE ADB3002E MESSAGE IN DDL VALIDATION WHEN TABLESPACE IS DROPPED IMPLICITLY

Error description

• When import change with VALIDATE_DDL ='Y' is invalid because
  DROP TABLE statement implicitly drops tablespace and table is
  recreated without CREATE TABLESPACE statement, ADB3002E message
  is issued with this text:
  
  ADB3002E An error occurred while processing the Table <TB name>
  object in the statement type of CREATE . The object Table Space
  <TS name> does not exist.
  
  Customer wants message to mention that tablespace is implicitly
  dropped and needs to be recreated.
