APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • When Craft code chosen with Premium Pay value populated it does
    not clear or swap to correct Premium Pay code to match the
    current craft code.
    
    Steps to Replicate:
    
    1) Go to Labor and create a new one - Maximo
    
    2) Go to Craft application and create 2 new Crafts:
    IBM > Rate:0
    SUPPORT > Rate: 94,54
    
    3) Under More Actions > Manage Premium Pay Codes > New Row
    Premium Pay Code: OT0
    Default Rate Type: HOURLY (or any)
    Default Rate: 0
    
    New Row
    Premium Pay Code: AB1
    Default Rate Type: HOURLY (or any)
    Default Rate: 117,70
    
    New Row
    Premium Pay Code: AB2
    Default Rate Type: HOURLY (or any)
    Default Rate: 136,62
    
    Delete all Premium Pay that was automatically added to the two
    crafts created above.
    
    For IBM add OT0 and OT3
    For SUPPORT add AB1 and AB2
    
    Save
    
    4) Under Associated Labor tab add Maximo for each of the crafts
    created.
    Save
    
    5) Go to Work Order Tracking application and create e approve a
    work order
    
    1st test
    6) Under Actuals Tab > Labors Subtab > New Row
    Labor: Maximo
    Craft: IBM
    Premium Pay Code: OT0
    Premium Pay Hours: 3:00
    Premium Pay Rate should be filed as 0
    Line Cost should be filed as 0
    
    Change Craft to SUPPORT > tab out
    
    1st CURRENT ERRONEOUS RESULT: Premium Pay Code continues to be
    shown as the same code(OT0), even if it does not exist for that
    craft(SUPPORT).
    1st EXPECTED RESULT: Maximo should clear the field or inform
    that the Premim Pay Code does not exist for this craft.
    
    2nd test
    6) Under Actuals Tab > Labors Subtab > New Row
    Labor: Maximo
    Craft: SUPPORT
    Rate: 94,54
    Premium Pay Code: AB1
    Premium Pay Hours: 3:00
    Premium Pay Rate should be filed as 117,70
    Line Cost should be filed as 353,10
    
    Change Craft to IBM (again) > tab out
    Save
    
    2nd CURRENT ERRONEOUS RESULT: Premium Pay Code continues to be
    shown as the same code(AB1), even if it does not exist for that
    craft(IBM) and the line cost remains as 353,10
    2nd EXPECTED RESULT: Maximo should clear the field or inform
    that the Premim Pay Code does not exist for this craft.
