Troubleshooting
Problem
STAP upgrade from version 11.2 to 11.5 was failing with the following error in the central_logger.log

Resolving The Problem
After changing the tap_ip parameter within the guard_tap.ini from the hostname to the IP address of this database server the STAP upgrade was successful.
