PH58314: COMPARE REPORTS TABLE AS ALTERED WHEN NO CHANGES ARE NEEDED

Error description

• When table with XML column is compared and target table has
  DOCID column as not last column (some columns were added to the
  table before), Compare report will show that 'Table will be
  altered' but no ALTER statements will be generated for it.
