Error description

• When REBINDing a package, after setting QUERYACCELERATION to EN,
  EL, or EWF, the value that is set sticks for any future
  packages you try to rebind that do not have a value set.

  *                      ACCELERATOR                             *

  On panel ADB21KR, when performing a rebind, if values
  QUERYACCELERATION, GETACCELARCHIVE, or ACCELERATOR
  are changed, they do not reset and remain the
  same for other packages that are selected (by using the RB line
  command) when the values are empty. If QUERYACCELERATION,
  GETACCELARCHIVE, or ACCELERATOR previously exist, they are
  overridden with the changed values.
  

Problem conclusion

• The issue has been resolved.
