Error description

• DESCRIPTION:  When option T or V are selected on panel ADB21 or
  line command 'ENV' is entered on panel ADB21T, SQLCODE = -551
  can occur.
  
  
  Root cause:
  
  
  The following statement is missing from the TCz job template
  ADBSETUP when TCz parameter "GRANT SELECT ON remaining tables
  TO" is used:
  
  
  GRANT SELECT ON TABLE SYSIBM.SYSENVIRONMENT TO ....
  

Local fix

• The grant can be issued using SPUFI
  
  GRANT SELECT ON TABLE SYSIBM.SYSENVIRONMENT TO ....

Problem conclusion

• The problem has been resolved where TCz job template ADBSETUP
  will ensures the following GRANT statement is generated when
  TCz parameter "GRANT SELECT ON remaining tables TO" is used:
  GRANT SELECT ON TABLE SYSIBM.SYSENVIRONMENT TO ....
