• Plugin configuration missing property to retrieve routing rules
  from cell after PH48747.

  When running the Plugin Generation after PH48747, the
  Intelligent Management routing rules are missing from the
  generated Plugin-cfg.xml file.
  

Problem conclusion

• The Plugin generation has been corrected to include the
  routing rules.
  
  The fix for this APAR is targeted for inclusion in fix pack
  8.5.5.25 & 9.0.5.18. For more information, see 'Recommended
