Problem
Planning Analytics Workspace (PAW) をアップグレード後、ユーザーがPlanning Analytics for ExcelからCAM認証を使用してログインすることが出来なくなりました。その際、以下のエラーが発生します。
"The PMHub service parameter was not specified or is not one of the configured locations"
Resolving The Problem
Re-create the "Office Connection" folder in 以下のフォルダーの"Office Connection"フォルダーを再作成します。
C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Cognos\Office Connection
- Excelを閉じます。
- C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Cognos\へ移動します。
- "Office Connection" フォルダーをリネームします。例）"Office Connection_OLD"
- 接続設定が失われているので、Excel を起動後、再度接続を再登録します。
