Troubleshooting
Problem
In IBM Maximo Manage, in Reliability Strategies, when you click the Asset field, 401 Unauthorized error occurs and you cannot select anything.
Resolving The Problem
Steps:
1. Login to OpenShift console.
2. Go to Workloads > Secrets.
3. From Project drop-down list, select the Manage project in question.
4. Still in the Secrets page, with the selected Project on the screen, filter by Name ibm.
5. Click on ibm-entitlement.
6. Scroll-down until to Data section, then click on Reveal values.
7. Copy the token.
8. Go to End Points application.
9. Bring up STRATEGIZEAPI end point.
10. In the Value of HEADERS Property, type:
Authorization: Bearer<blank space><the token copied above>
Authorization: Bearer<blank space><the token copied above>
11. Save the record.
