Error description

• XTE's are incorrectly updated for indoubt UR's during Queue
  Manager rebuild for Queue Manager names less than 4 characters
  long

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: After a QMGR cancel or restart, indoubt *
  *                      XA UR's could not be found by           *
  *                      xa_recover if a QMGR's name was less    *
  *                      than 4 characters.                      *
  ****************************************************************
  When reading back from the log after a restart, the code which
  re-attaches the XA XTE's could only handle QMGR names of 4
  characters. This leads to valid indoubt XA UR's incorrectly
  being missed by an xa_recover.
  

Problem conclusion

• The code has been changed to handle QMGR names of less than 4
  characters.
