Error description

• In Storage Insights GUI, a toast notification appears when a
  Storage System can be migrated from a Data Collector to Call
  Home with Cloud services even if the storage system was already
  migrated.
  The Storage insights code will be enhanced to filter the events
  for the devices that have been already approved.
  The toast notification will stop to popup when the message is
  acknowledged in the Advisor tab.
  

Local fix

• Navigate to the Advisor tab of the Storage System reporting to
  be migrated then acknowledge the message.
