Error description

• Storage Insights incorrectly shows "Error" condition for storage
  devices when no internal resources have "Error" status.
  The operational condition of a resource represents the most
  critical status that was detected on the resource itself and on
  its internal resources.  In this case, volumes with "Offline"
  (green) status are incorrectly contributing to the "Error"
  condition.
