Error description

• HOD 14.0.x -  When using client authentication with Key usage,
  if it has only one certificate try to connect with the same cert
  if it is successful.
  Do NOT prompt to provide certs.

  * If a single certificate is present in the browser keyring    *
  * which meets the criteria, it will prompt for the selection   *
  * of the certificate, which is not required.                   *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
  ****************************************************************
  If a single certificate is present in the browser keyring which
  meets the criteria, it will connect to the host directly without
  prompting for the certificate.
  A HTML parameter "validateSingleCSPCert" has been added to
  enable this feature. By default, this flag is disabled and it
  will function as usual.
  

Problem conclusion

• Code changes have been made to fix this issue.
