APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • Attempts by IBM Support to remotely upload the data collector
    logs for problem investigation fail due to timeout.  The timeout
    period is 10 minutes.
    
    Uploading data collector logs for <data_collector_host_name>
    Task timed out because it did not complete in the expected time.
    

Local fix

  • None.  IBM Support must request that the Data Collector logs be
    collected directly on the host and uploaded to the case by the
    customer.
