Problem

You might experience the following error trying to have the users synchronized from MAS (Maximo Application Suite) to Maximo Manage.
BMXAA4195E - A value is required for the Value field on the ALNDOMAIN object.

Resolving The Problem

Although this error might suggest that a missing value could be missing from a particular field in any domain, this is caused when the MASUSERSYNC cronstask in Maximo Manage has OWNER parameter set to null.

The suggestion is to update that parameter with a value of  local.
  
Then you can run the MASUSERSYNC crontask to sync users from Manage to MAS, and then all the changes made to the user administration MAS to Manage will synchronize correctly. If you want to have the user to be managed in Maximo Application Suite, you should set:  Owner - local in the MASUSERSYNC crontask.
