Problem
Error "BMXAA8741E - The MOBILEFORMS query name was not found for MXAPIINSPFORM application." appears during download in IBM Maximo Mobile.
Cause
Query MOBILEFORMS is missing for the MXAPIINSPFORM object structure.
Resolving The Problem
Steps to create the missing query:
- Login into Maximo and go to the Object Structure application.
- Filter for MXAPIINSPFORM and select it.
- Under More Actions, select Query Definition.
- A query clause named MOBILEFORMS is missing which is the cause of the error. Select New Row to create the query.
- Complete the form with the following values:
Query Clause Name: MOBILEFORMS
Query Type: osclause
Description: Mobile Forms
Query Clause: orgid in (select orgid from site where siteid = (select defsite from maxuser where userid =:USER)) and status in (select value from synonymdomain where domainid='INSPECTFORMSTATUS' and maxvalue in ('ACTIVE'))
Is Public?: Check the box - Select OK.
- Try the mobile download again.
