Error description

• When using the IBM Transformation Extender (ITX) HTTP adapter
  with a GET request and there is zero content to send as part of
  that request, the 'Content-Type' header is unnecessarily sent,
  occasionally causing a security error if a checksum has been
  calculated.

  Problem Description:
  The HTTP adapter sends an unnecessary RFC 9110 "Content-Type"
  header when there is no data content to transmit to the
  destination host.
  
  Platforms Affected:
  All
  

Problem conclusion

• When there is no data content getting sent to an HTTP server,
  the ITX HTTP adapter no longer transmits the "Content-Type"
  header.  Before this fix, a "Content-Type" header entry was
  always sent.  Also, this fix removes the "X-Abandon-After"
  header from any non-HTTP Listener communication.
