Error description

• Cloudflare has a default timeout of 100 seconds and this cannot
  be changed unless the account is upgraded to a more costly plan.
  This 100 second timer can cause tabledownload to fail unless we
  stream the response.

  * to handle any potential long running queries that could      *
  * exceed the 100 second default timeout imposed by cloudflare. *
  * Cloudflare has a default timeout of 100 seconds and this     *
  * cannot be changed. This 100 second timer can cause           *
  * tabledownload to fail on long running queries.               *

Problem conclusion

• Since Maximo is shifting to a cloudflare hosted environment, we
  need to account for long running process that could exceed the
  default timeout interval of 100 seconds. We enabled
  multi-threading to process the table download to prevent any
  timeouts from occurring.
