Error description

• There is a change in how sequence is handled in inspection forms
  when creating a group.
  
  STEPS TO REPLICATE:
  
  1) Go to Manage Inspection Forms and creeate a new form.
  Click on Add Question
  Question: Question 1
  
  Response Field:
  Selectable responses
  -Choose any, for example:
  Single Choice - Single Choice A - Fill all required fields
  Multiple Choice - Multiple Choice A - Fill all required fields
  
  Done
  
  Click on Add Question
  Question: Question 2
  
  Response Field:
  Selectable responses
  -Choose any, for example:
  Single Choice - Single Choice B - Fill all required fields
  Multiple Choice - Multiple Choice B - Fill all required fields
  
  Done
  
  2) Select the two questions and select Create group
  Enter Group Nane: Group I
  
  3) Click on Add Question
  Question: Question 3
  
  Response Field:
  Selectable responses
  -Choose any, for example:
  Single Choice - Single Choice C - Fill all required fields
  Multiple Choice - Multiple Choice C - Fill all required fields
  
  Done
  
  Click on Add Question
  Question: Question 4
  
  Response Field:
  Selectable responses
  -Choose any, for example:
  Single Choice - Single Choice D - Fill all required fields
  Multiple Choice - Multiple Choice D - Fill all required fields
  
  Done
  
  4) Select the two questions and select Create group
  Enter Group Nane: Group II
  
  Save
  
  5) Select the Conditional settings (the icon next to trash icon)
  
  
  CURRENT ERRONEOUS RESULT: The grouping is formatted as follows:
