LI82998: Portal sites get upgraded and then immediatelly restored.

  • Closed as fixed if next.

Error description

  • If one of the following commands is ran whilst a site upgrade is
in progress:

check_site -a
or
check_site <uuid>

then the code will mistakenly queue up a restore task for the
site. One the upgrade has finished then the restore task will
run.

The site will still end up upgraded, but it will take longer to
finish and there will be more down time for the site.

causes it to be restored once the upgrade has completed.
