  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When Object Compare processes complex   *
  *                      changes for a table space and the       *
  *                      related table, an unnecessary second    *
  *                      REORG utility operation can be          *
  *                      generated for the same table space.     *
  ****************************************************************
  When table space changes include pending changes, Object Compare
  can generate a REORG statement to materialize these changes
  before generating ALTER TABLE statements for the related table.
  This behavior can result in the generation of an unnecessary
  second REORG statement if the table changes also require a REORG
  operation. This APAR provides improvements for Object Compare to
  change the order of the generated ALTER TABLESPACE and ALTER
  TABLE statements to reduce the number of REORG statements
  required to materialize these changes.
