Problem summary

  *                 being passed as arguments BY CONTENT.        *

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: In the case described above the         *
  *                      compiler would terminate with a return  *
  *                      code of 16.                             *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the provided PTF.                      *

  The compiler had an internal error that resulted in a
  terminating condition with return code 16 in the case described
  above.
