Error description
Connect Direct Server Adapter (CDSA) traffic is slow. Suspend queue is backlogged. CDSA creates a separate thread at startup to monitor the suspended queue. The purpose is to resume entries in the queue after the adapter is back online. CDSA attempts to shut down the thread (if it's active/still processing suspended entries) by interrupting it during the CDSA's shutdown phase. Unfortunately, the body of the thread does not respond to the interrupt message, consequently it continues to execute as long as it has work to do.
Local fix
STRTC - 521510 RW/RW Circumvention: Restart of Sterling Integrator itself is not sufficient, All CDSA adapters must be stopped and restarted while the appliction is up to clear up issue.
