Error description

  • Subject: 7613 - Email coming through as English when mailed to
    Spanish user profile
    Problem Description:
    Email coming through as English when mailed to Spanish user
    profile.
    When the summary PM generation email is being sent out, it is
    coming through under English,
    
    when the user profile the CRON instance is running under is
    setup for Spanish.
    
    
    PERFORMANCE ISSUE: NO
    
    STEPS TO REPRODUCE:N/A
    1 - Set maxadmin User default language to Spanish.
    2 - Exit Maximo and log in again to make the applications appear
    in Spanish.
    3 - Go to Preventive Maintenance application.
    4 - Select MP, IC-11200
    5 - Go to More Actions / Generate Work Orders. The The generate
    Work Orders windows will open.
    6 - Set fields  as below:
    Generar OT con vencimiento hoy más este número de días: to
    
    Utilizar criterios de frecuencia? Yes
    Ejecutar la generación de órdenes de trabajo en segundo plano?
    Yes
    Set a valid email address to receive messages in the field
    Correo electrónico de notificación para la generación de órdenes
    de trabajo:
    
    7 - Then Generate Work Orders.
    8 - Go to Email message box.of email account you used in step 6.
    You will see the email message from PM Work Order generated in
    Spanish.
    9 - Back to preventive maintenance application, select the MP
    IC-11200, go to Frequency tab and Set Next Due date to days
    after currrent date. save the record.
    10 - Go to Administration / Organizations. Select EAGLANA.
    11 - Go to More Action menu On the Right, select PM Options.
    13 - et the fields as Below:
    Generate WO for the current date plus this number of days:  = 10
    
    Use frequency criteria? = yes
    Automatic generation of WO from MP? = yes
    Email Address Notification:  The same email used in step 6.
    Press Ok.
    14 - Go to Crontask Setuo application, select PMWoGenCrontask
    15 - Set Schedule to 1 minute, Run as User  MAXADMIN, remember
    that the default language of the MAXADMIN was set to Spanish.Set
    maintain history to yes.
    16 - Activate Crontask,
    
    Go to More Actions / Reload request.
    12 - Follow the history of the Crontask.
    
    ERRONEOS BEHAVIOR:
    Crontask will sed messages in english despite the user's
    language setting being set to Spanish.
    ESPECTED BEHAVIOR:
    Crontask should sent messages in Spanish, the default language
    of Crontask user.
