Error description
The most common way to delete a Sterling File Gateway partner is to go to Participants > Partners, highlight the partner and click delete. After upgrade to version 5.2.5, when using an Oracle database with RAC, the deletion is incomplete. A partner that was not inconsistent will show up in the output from the sfgdbcheck utility as inconsistent. The output will show the partner as missing the "LoginID", "MailboxName", and "XRefUserId", but it will still have the Identity and its constituent parts of profiles, delivery channels, packagings and document exchanges.
Local fix
STRRTC - 456106 NM / NM Workaround: Use the alternative deletion routine as follows: 1. Go to Participants > Communities. 2. Click edit on the community that the partner is a member of. 3. Click View in the Partner section of the window that opens up. 4. Click delete next to the desired partner.
