Configuring MAS 'Forgot Password' functionality

Problem

How to reset the user password with the Forgot Password feature.

Resolving The Problem

There are some steps that needs to be followed in order to receive the Forgot Password e-mail.
The first step is to set up the SMTP from the MAS console.
Go to the Suite Administration console.
Click the Configurations option.
From the "Users and identity" section, open the SMTP option.
Set up the SMTP connection settings and the required field.
Save it.
The second step is to make sure that the user has the correct Primary E-mail
Go to the Suite Administration console.
Click the Users option.
Filter the user that needs to reset the password.
Click to edit it and enter a valid e-mail address in the Primary E-mail field.
Save it to sync.
An e-mail with the Confirmation Code is sent.
Note that since the e-mail is sent by MAS instead of Manage, it is not possible to change the e-mail content or format using the Communication Templates.
