Error description

• Misleading text "Commands:" appears on panels ADB2MES and
  ADB2MEX when command(s) are not yet available.
  By design, the EXTENTS command is available only after input
  values are specified and the Enter key is pressed. Hence, the
  text "Commands:" should only appear when command(s) become
  available.
