IJ47799: SYSTEM IS GENERATING AN ERROR WHEN ATTEMPTING TO USE THE 'RETURN WITH VALUE' FUNCTION FROM WITHIN A APPLICATION

Error description

• ERROR DESCRIPTION:
  
  System is generating an error when attempting to use the 'Return
  With Value' function from the Work Order Application
  
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  
  
  1.Go to Application Designer, bring up WOTRACK application
  2.Select Action>Add/Modify Signature Option
  3.New Row
  Sigoption: NEWSIG
  Description: Option for JOBPLAN
  Visible: checked
  4.Go to Work Order Tab
  5. Select the Properties for the Job Plan Textbox
  
  6. Go to the Advanced Tab
  
  7. Enter the Newly created Sigoption
  8. Save
  9. Go to Security Group and bring up the EVERYONE Group
  10. Grant Access to this NEWSIG Option ( Option for JOBPLAN)
  11. Save
  12.Logout and log back in as user Wilson
  13. Go to> Work Orders> Work Order Tracking
  14. Create New Workorder Record
  15. Go to the Job Plan Field and Select the Detail Menu and
  Choose Go to Job Plans
  16. Press Enter for a List of Job Plans
  
  Selected a Jobplan with a Organization specified and  "Return
  with value from Job Plans" receive this error: System Message
  BMXAA2256E - Field Job Plan is read-only.
  
  
  If you select a Job Plan with No Organizations specified, it
  seems to work as expected?
  
  This is happening from multiple Fields including Classifications
  and location
  
  
  CURRENT ERRONEOUS RESULTS:
  
  
  Receive this Error: BMXAA2256E - Field Job Plan is read-only
  when a Job Plan is choosen with a Organization Specified.
  
  
  EXPECTED RESULTS:
  
  
  Maximo should bring back the JobPlan record into the work
  order tracking application without any Errors.
