• In HOD 14.0.6 users can still log in even after setting a number
  of incorrect password attempts.

  When a user tries to login to config pages and enters the wrong
  password and after the maximum incorrect login attempts, the
  user account should be locked, but the login attempt count is
  getting reset to 1.
  

Problem conclusion

• Code changes have been made to fix this issue.
