Error description
Trusted certificate entries in keystore get corrupted after upgrade to v10 and the certificate is marked down state in DataPower Gateway.
Local fix
Problem summary
If a customer had trusted certificate entries in the keystore and they upgraded from v2018 to 10.0.1.11/10.0.5.3 or earlier versions, then the trusted certificate entries in the keystore would get corrupted. When the corrupted certificate reaches the gateway, it is marked as down in the gateway.
Problem conclusion
The issue is fixed in 10.0.1.12/10.0.5.4 and later versions. The certificate is correct after upgrading to v10. Customers who already upgraded to an older version of v10 should run a script and fix the corrupted certificates.
