  containing archive log entries in the wrong order following
  ARCHIVE LOG CANCEL OFFLOAD
  ADDITIONAL SYMPTOM : STOP QMGR may hang

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Abend 5C6-00D1032A occurs in CSQJR003   *
  *                      when reading the queue manager logs     *
  *                      backwards, following incorrect log      *
  *                      offload processing resulting in message *
  *                      CSQJ033I 'FULL ARCHIVE LOG VOLUME'      *
  *                      being issued for multiple archive logs  *
  *                      out of RBA sequence.                    *
  *                                                              *
  *                      Depending on the reason for the log     *
  *                      read, this can result in abnormal       *
  *                      queue manager termination 6C6 with      *
  *                      REASON=00D94001, and can prevent        *
  *                      successful queue manager startup.       *
  ****************************************************************
  During ARCHIVE LOG CANCEL OFFLOAD processing, the main offload
  task was abended by the command processor, however before log
  offload recovery could take place, the abend was retried by
  CSQ9SCN9, which returned an error to CSQJOFF1, causing the
  current offload attempt to fail.
  When multiple log offloads were pending, a residual value from
  the failed attempt can cause CSQJOFF1 to process the offloads
  out of order. This results in the BSDS entries for the affected
  archive logs being written out of order, and causes backwards
  log reads to terminate early without locating the required RBA.
  

Problem conclusion

• The residual state in CSQJOFF1 is now cleared under these
  conditions.
