  1. Navigate to Manage Inspection Forms
  2. Click on button Create form
  3. Enter Name, e. g. Testform01
  4. Click on button Add Questions
  5. Enter question, e. g. question1
  6. Click on response field Meter Readings
  7. Enter Meter RUNHOURS
  8. Click on Button Done
  9. Click on Button Save
  10. Click on button Preview
  11. The meter reading response field is not displayed
  12. Change the status of the form to Active
  13. Click on button Preview again
  14. The meter reading response field is not displayed
  
  Expected Results: The meter reading response field should be
  displayed.
