The IBM Software Support app is designed for our top-tier clients along with the newly announced Advanced Support Offering by IBM Software.  The app is available by invitation only and proposes bringing more value to our Advanced Support clients as we enable a new, personalized communication channel, and a simplified support experience.

Features:
The following features are exclusive to the IBM Software Support app:
  • Dashboard. Provides you with key information about open support cases for your organization, such as number of cases, case severity, and escalations.
  • Support Cases. A list with all your open support cases in your organization.
    • You can filter the cases by severity, escalation, and product.
    • By selecting any of the cases, you can see detailed information including the latest updates.
  • Escalation Feature. If your company is not getting the right support, you can easily escalate by clicking the escalation button, alerts will be triggered and we will contact you shortly.

The IBM Software Support app is available for iOS (iPhone), in English only.
