Error description

• Assignment filter using "Scheduled Start" column in Work Order
  Tracking is throwing error if one of the Assignments rows has
  "Scheduled Start" null.
  
  Steps to Reproduce:
  
  1. Go to > Work order Tracking
  2. Create a work order.
  3. Add 2 assignments on the work order. On one assignment, set a
  Schedule Start (example: > 5/19/2023 08:00 AM) . On other
  assignment, leave Schedule start empty.
  4. Save.
  5. Open row to filter Assignment
  6. Filter on "Schedule Start" column with (example: "> 5/18/2023
  12:00 AM"), enter.
  
  Results: Error is thrown in UI.
  
  BMXAA4214E - An unknown error has occurred. Please contact your
  system administrator for assistance. Gather the logs from the
  <HOME> directory and determine where and why the error occurred.
