IT44190: CANNOT SELECT THE SAME METRIC MORE THAN ONCE IN MULTI-CONDITIONAL ALERTS

Error description

• When configuring a multi-conditional alert, some of the
  attributes to select are only available by selecting "See
  more..." from the drop-down selection box and then choosing them
  in the "Select Performance Metrics" panel.  When selecting
  metrics from that panel, you can only select each metric one
  time.  You cannot use the same metric in more than one
  condition.
  
  If the metric is one of the values explicitly listed in the
  drop-down box, choose it there instead and it can be selected
  more than once.  However, error rate and power metrics are only
  available in a separate panel and cannot be chosen that way.
