APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • The BIRT report ?calibration_error.rptdesign? does not work as
    expected.
    In the report ?Data Sheet Status? is shown as blank
    
    STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
    1. Login to Manage and go to ?Assets? application
    2. click on ?Run Reports? link in more actions
    3. Search for ?Calibration Error? report
    4. Click to execute report
    5. Enter asset, result type as ?as found?, start date and end
    date
    6. Click ?Submit
    
    CURRENT ERRONEOUS RESULT:
    In the report ?Data Sheet Status? is shown as blank.
    
    EXPECTED RESULT:
    The field should show the results with the expected records.
    Fix the SQL in report as the following:
    
    Current SQL SELECT statement has the following:
    case ??+ status +?? when ?asfound? then
    pluscwods.asfoundcalstatus
    
    Should be changed as the following:
    case ??+ status +?? when ?ASFOUND? then
    pluscwods.asfoundcalstatuscalibration_error.rptdesign
    
    The issue we raised is to fix the SQL to use upper case ?ASFOUND
    
    REPORTED VERSION:
    MAS 8.6 and MAS 8.10
