Use interim fixes to address issues found in the releases in the Operational Decision Manager V8.12 series.

The following tables list the interim fixes by version. Find your Operational Decision Manager release in the tables, and use the links to get interim fix packs:

About the interim fixes

  • Existing interim fixes are included in the next  fix packs for the releases.
  • Each interim fix addresses one or more issues.
  • Each interim fix includes all previously delivered known issue and supersedes  all previously delivered  interim fixes in the same version .
  • End of fix service dates are available on the ODM Continuous delivery & support lifecycle page

Interim fix for ODM On-Premise

  • The naming convention for an interim fix is V.R.M.F-WS-ODM-<os>-IFnnn<revision>:
    • V.R.M.F: The product number showing the version, release, mod, and fix pack.
    • WS: WebSphere
    • ODM: Operational Decision Manager On-Premise
    • <os>: empty for all the operating systems, or AIX, HPUX, Linux, or Win for dedicated fixes.
    • IFnnn: IF for interim fix, and nnn for the sequence number.
    • <revision>: A letter (A-Z) that indicates an update in the interim fix

If using DGF you should not use any interim fix from 8.12.0.0-IF005 to 8.12.0.1-IF010 included:
  • An issue when completing an activity may remove from the release changes from activities created in parallel.
  • An issue when deleting a baseline (activity, release, branch) could trigger loss of data.
