Error description

• In some cases, Log Forwarder can not be stopped by 'PURGE'
  command.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: In some cases, Log Forwarder can not be *
  *                      stopped by 'PURGE' command.             *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply this PTF.                              *
  ****************************************************************
  In some cases, some Log Forwarder threads will hang for a long
  time and can not be stopped normally which will pause the whole
  stop process. A timeout of the thread stop process needs to be
  set to fix this problem.

• CDP is updated to fix this problem.
