IJ47416: REMOVE WORK PLAN CLEARS THE ASSOCIATED CLASSIFICATION ON THE WORK ORDER

Error description

• Problem
  When the action "Remove Work Plan" is applied on a Work Order,
  the Classification is also removed from the Work Order.
  
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  1.  Got To Work order Tracking application and create a new work
  order
  2.  Enter BR430 in the Location field
  3.  Enter JP11430A in the Job Plan field
  4.  Click the Specifications tab and populate the Classification
  field
  5.  Save the work order
  6.  More Actions > Remove Work Plan
  
  Results
  The associated classification is also removed.
  
  Expected Results
  The "Remove Work Plan" action should remove information from the
  Plans tab and remove the job plan but should not remove the
  classification.
